The staff at the office is very attentive, supportive, helpful and understanding. My only critic would be , I have been there three times and I have never been able to see Dr. Bauer, she is always incredibly late. In talking with another mother she advised me she had an appointment at 10am and was seen at 3pm.
I had such a great experience here! The front desk girls were super attentive, kind, and helped me a lot since I came alone with my baby. The place is very calm, clean, and the overall vibe is just perfect.
The staff was incredibly nice, the room is nice, colorful and super clean! Dr Bauer went above and beyond!!! She was like a mother to me. Very caring and extremely knowledgeable, comforting and explanatory! Only good things to say about them!
Dr. Bauer is awesome! My son has been coming here for about 20 years, and we have always been treated with respect. Dr. Bauer is very knowledgeable and helpful. She answers all of our questions. I am so thankful for Dr. Bauer and her staff. 🙂👍
