I don’t know where to begin. My son Franco has been a patient of Dr. Baquero for the past 12 years and both he and Sandra have been such a blessing to me and my family. Sandra has always gone above and beyond to assist with any needs we have had, from scheduling appointments and Rx refills to ensuring everything is taken care of. Dr. Baquero has provided exceptional care for my daughter the last 10 years. From the begining he have been knowledgeable, patient and always willing to answer our questions. Her secretary Sandra has been absoulutely wonderful. She is always kind, respectfull and professional whether scheduling app, returning calls or helping with paperwork, she has gone abouve and beyond to make everything easier for our family. So greatfull for Dr. Baquero and his team.
Dr. Jamie and his team have been amazing from the first appointment to follow-ups, and their emails are super fast. They even give you the option to have a call instead of missing work. Their office is beautiful, always neat and clean. Dr. Baquero is an excellent neurologist. He is very kind, supportive and understanding. He takes his time to listen to the parents and the children. His assistant Sandra is such a sweetheart and very kind person. They provide a very welcoming environment in those circumstances of pediatric neurology
