Front desk lady has no phone etiquette and no manners. I waited over an hour before seeing the doctor and a simple apology could have fixed the issue but the lady could only say we don’t have any Available rooms and asked if I wanted to reschedule.I do not recommend this facility, if you can go elsewhere be sure to do that. The doctor was great but the front desk lady needs to go!
The front desk receptionist /nurse was beyond amazing. Such a beautiful person inside and out. Helped us feel very welcomed and talked about everything she was doing. The Dr.Pearson was great too. Very pleasant and explained everything. Was very gentle with my baby. He explained everything in great details and for me to understand. Would very highly recommend
Sophia was absolutely wonderful today. She is professional and made us all feel at ease. Dr. Pearson is awesome as well. We are very grateful for their professionalism and care. Thank you! We highly recommend this office!
Mostly (not all) all of kidz medical service receptionist/nurse assistants are rude, not very helpful. Their knowledge just to do the basics are slim. They dismiss patients as if its easy to set appointments, especially when its an important visit, and tell you well you have to reschedule. They also do not give messages to doctors when patient/parent call. I've been with the group for 5yrs and any behind the desk female they I've spoke with does not have good customer service. Friendly staff, nurse was above and beyond with my daughter, calming her and even made us all laugh ! Appointment was on time. Dr. Pearson is very kind, informative, experienced, explained everything to us, and took the time to answer any questions that my daughter had . We didn't felt rushed. Is a very nice office surrounded with wonderful people. Thank you for taking such a good care of Bella today !
