The process was explained well and the person I spoke with was extremely helpful in answering questions.
I don’t like to be on my cell phone. There is a human receptionist that should be able to check everyone in upon walking in. The questions asked every time I check in are a ridiculous waste of time. I just click bubbles at this point.
Everything started out fine. I thought she was really nice and actually care but , I soon found out it was a mask. After a couple of visits things changed. My therapist Mrs. Moore didn’t answer emails & I felt like I was begging for her to respond. Ultimately she stopped seeing me after I was 8mins even though there’s a 15 mins grace period .
