I love my counselor, but the company itself and its website are not user-friendly at all. You are required to have your credit card on file so they can automatically charge it, but if there's any question in the bill, it's impossible to get in touch with billing. I have been trying for almost two years.
Kim is a compassionate listener and uses nonjudgemental and gentle direction in helping me move forward.
My therapist is very professional and understanding . I enjoy talking to her and she is very easy to talk too.
