We’ve worked with Kim & Tey twice now (buying in ‘22, from out of state, and selling in ‘24). They are knowledgeable about the market and helped us with listings of vendors when we needed to complete renovations after closing before we moved. On the selling side, Kim staged our house beautifully and they got the house sold the first weekend (with multiple offers and the leaseback we needed) which was a huge win with kids, pets and work travel.
The service from the beginning to the end was consistently prompt, efficient and timely. There was never a time when the response time was lagging! Buying a house can be stressful and filled with questions no matter how many times you go through the process. This is our 5th US purchase and by far the best experience!
