Kim has done our home loan and several refinance loans for us. She is excellent - knowledgable, efficient, quick and easy to work with. She keeps a close eye on mortgage rates and lets us know if it's worth refinancing. Our rate is a full 1% lower now than when we bought our house 1.5 years ago.
