It’s pretty easy and doable when working with a team member or someone you’re seeing for services, they make it fast and easy, ensuring you can make it. I also appreciate getting reminders for when my appointment is and signing in to confirm the appointment just to really make sure I’m good. The only thing I’ve noticed is that sometimes the system glitches and you get stuck in the waiting room.
Waited an extra 30mins after my scheduled time for therapy (7:00am ended call 7:35am due to inactivity of provider and i find it very frustrating because i also seen someone was ahead of me but my scheduled time is 7:00 so your letting other session go past the mark times and thats not fair nor professional . All in all wouldn't pick her to be my provider again and the sucky part is i need the therapy .
