I just had such a wonderful experience with Kimlin. I checked my tank on Saturday around 4:30. I was shocked to see that I only had about 5% propane left. I called Kimlin and they had someboddy come on Sunday and fill me up. Everybody has just been so patient and nice and fair with me. I highly recommend Kimlin to anybody who's looking for a propane supplier.

I have used Kimlin for the past 3 years and I absolutely love the lady who works the Gardner office! I’ve never had any issues with the company coming out to do an emergency fill up being that I have two little kids and how cold the winters have been. They are easy to communicate with and are very accommodating. With my situation, the receptionist was always and continues to be so helpful and is never in a rush to get me off the phone. I can’t thank this company enough for their continued services and also the drivers. They are great! I appreciate that they trick through the snow to be sure I can heat my home.

Kimlin has been GREAT!! My issue is confidential but I couldn’t have had better communication with the staff that assisted me. I couldn’t believe that I actually received personal texts to support me with my issue. The staff coordinated with different departments together (making phone calls on my behalf, etc.)to make sure that my house was warm and even educated me as I learned how to read my propane tank levels??? One would not know that even though I possess a Graduate degree, there’s is always something new to learn. I can’t thank Kimlin staff enough for all your assistance!!! Mary Furey

I smelled gas outside my house at around 5pm, so I called kimlin to ask a few questions on what to do. they sent a tech out to the house and quickly diagnosed I was a little low on gas in my tank. they immediately filled the tank and problem solved. very timely.

I recently lost my partner of 21 years. Sort of terrified right now of my wood stove and just want to use propane for this winter. Kimlin is our company. I called them to make the transition from his name in the account to mine and was desperate to pay the bill in a timely manner with no interruption. I spoke to a lovely woman named Caroline. She told me that she had spoken to my guy Conrad earlier this year and had set him up with a Prebuy program at a terrific price. She advised me to check our tank levels regularly (great idea!) so I would get a feel for how much fuel I was using. She reminded me that he had us on automatic delivery (yay!) and just kept saying we are here to help. I love Kimlin
