We had a great experience with Kim and renting one of her travel trailers. It was our first time and apart from a tropical storm making the trip to our destination interesting, it was an overwhelming success. My kids could not stop talking about how much fun they had that weekend. Kim and her husband helped us hook up and explained all the systems thoroughly (there was also adequate documentation with the trailer). The trailer was spotless and fully stocked.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Kim’s Cozy Campers. This was my second time RVing and there was no comparison. First of all, Kim is amazing. Her attention to detail is so impressive. She wants her customers to have a stress free experience and it shows. It was like staying in a nice hotel. Needed an additional bedroom for our very large family visiting from various cities. Decided to rent a camper which was seamlessly delivered to our home. Everything about the experience surpassed our expectations. It was delivered and parked without issues, everything was thoroughly explained, it was spotlessly clean, very comfortable for sleeping, and picked up on time. We just finished a week long RV camping trip at Lake Wallenpaupack and it was a blast! Kim very graciously accommodated our somewhat last minute rental and I can not say enough about just how seamless the whole experience was. When she says she includes everything, she means it!
