I had a very disappointing experience with this home builder. The entire process felt rushed from start to finish, with constant pressure to close quickly. Shortly after closing, communication essentially stopped—once the payment was received, it became extremely difficult to get any response or support. There were also several issues during the process that were not handled properly. The lady that greeted my husband and I at the door was very friendly and polite. She answered some questions we had and gave us some additional information to take with us. She let us tour the model home on our own and gladly answered questions we had afterwards. We left our information and received an email the very next day.
I’m a Realtor, and I represented my lovely clients when they purchased their brand new build from Kindred in Mesquite! Mike, the salesperson for Kindred, kept me, and my clients up-to-date on the process! He was always very nice, and informative! I was very impressed with Mike, and the entire team with Kindred!
To start off, David was very helpful, knowledgeable, and did not pressure us into signing anything. The homes are very beautiful and we plan to buy in the near future!
Update: Warranty folks have been great to work with. If Kindred had Ty and Stephanie overseeing their builds, they could be a top tier home builder. Never again. Get your Kindred home inspected before you move in. Or you may get to have fun with structural issues requiring a 1500lb steel c-channel being installed 2 years into living at the house.
