I was a patient at King David for three months recovering from a fractured foot. I read the reviews before I chose King David and thought I was choosing a place that offered quality service and a good place to heal. For the most part it was a decent place to heal and to regain my ability to walk. The Physical and Occupational Therapists were excellent. The dietary department is awful. They don’t listen to dietary needs unless confronted directly, They fix it for one or two rotations, and then it goes back to the wrong foods, Severe weight loss while there was also an issue due to lack of adhering to the diet.My dad is left wet and unattended for long periods of time, Management listens and cajoles when confronted about issues, and continually seem surprised when issues continue, There is a lack of continuity when it comes to physical an occupational therapy, My dad was ove... read more
Receptionist Sydney was very hospitable. All the staff were most welcoming. Great cleanliness was evident throughout the rehab center. I liked the spacious rooms. My friend, the patient, received a nice supper of soup, a hot dog, baked beans, cole slaw, juice and a dessert of some kind. She was pleased. I had a good visit. I’ll be back to see her next week.
This was a wonderful place to work I love all the staff and resident . Everyone was so friendly and welcoming the residents that I had came across it was nice to talk to them and listen to their stories about their lives. I would not mind coming back to visit them again I love it .
I visited several times to see my loved one. The entrance was inviting. Check in process was easy. The receptionist was friendly. Lots of daily activities. My loved one raves about her doctor, PT and OT. They are very supportive and encouraging. Her room was large and clean. It's really cold in the room. Linens are changed nearly every day and bed is made. Concerns about the dietary restrictions were addressed but not rectified. Food missing off her tray.
