This was a professional crew who showed up on time, completed the job in a timely manner, communicated well throughout the entire process, and did a great job. The gentleman who came out to do repairs was curious, he cleaned up his mess extremely well.
Good price quality installation!
First off, Price, I had multiple estimates and none were close to these guys. Second, quality, the crew did a fantastic job, from installation to clean up. Third, the sell, everything was explained fully in detail and all questions were answered and lastly, military friendly and got a nice extra discount for serving. Would highly recommend these guys for a roof installation.
They did the job in one day, so far so good.
Your crew showed up on time and did a good job of stripping and installing our roof. They could have done a better job of protecting the landscaping and air conditioner. Since they left we have developed a crack in the ceiling where it looks like dropping bundles cracked the ceiling paint. Small minor details that don’t take away from the overall excellent roof we now enjoy.
Got a new metal roof installed 4 years ago, and it has turned into a nightmare! my gutters weren't reinstalled properly, and are now falling off. I had to speak with the installer early on when I saw he wasn't fastening the gutters to the roof, he was just pushing the hangers under the metal, and thought that that was the end of it. The installer said he was contracted to install the roofing, not gutters. I mentioned it to the inspector at the end of the install, but he never put anything in the file. There is a short story and a longer story for those of you that like to read in full details and those of you that just want a glimmer of what happened and why I suggest staying away. SHORT STORY: Terrible communication from start to finish. I'm rather certain (as are 2 other companies) that they did not complete the repair that they said they did.
