If you're SERIOUS about your training and would like to work out in an atmosphere that will take your MIND & BODY BACK to the "golden era", look NO FURTHER! This place has machines and equipment I haven't seen or used in YEARS! 5 Stars aren't ENOUGH!
This is a great gym. Unlike some of the bigger chains, the equipment is not being used by people spending time on their cell phones. I can actually go in and get a workout. The equipment is all in great condition and the gym is clean and well kept.
Great gym without all the national gym hassles. Friendly staff and a clean and well equipped place to get a great workout in.
Clean gym, i like the facts that it's 24/7. The only complaint is some members tske advantage after hours to bring 2 to 3 people free. The gym is already small please be considerate
This gym is a must check out! It’s stocked with every type of machine needed for a great and efficient work out. They offer several different deals ranging from day passes, month to month, family packages and more at awesome rates! It’s very clean, the music choice is on point and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Located off of US1 makes it convenient and easy to get to. They also have some cool merchandise up for grabs
