This is a great gym. Unlike some of the bigger chains, the equipment is not being used by people spending time on their cell phones. I can actually go in and get a workout. The equipment is all in great condition and the gym is clean and well kept.
This gym is a must check out! It’s stocked with every type of machine needed for a great and efficient work out. They offer several different deals ranging from day passes, month to month, family packages and more at awesome rates! It’s very clean, the music choice is on point and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Located off of US1 makes it convenient and easy to get to. They also have some cool merchandise up for grabs
Lately their own music has been extremely loud drowning out individual headphones 🎧. The gym is usually clean and appropriate 24hrs is beneficial for anyones hectic schedule overall not bad for a local gym.
My wife and I are big fans of this gym. Plenty of true weightlifting equipment with a big selection of selectorized, plate loaded and free weights. Plenty of cardio as well. My personal favorite, plenty of steel plates. No playing hide and seek for plates or attachments. Clean. Friendly staff. We enjoy it very much.
This gym has everything you need and more! Old school equipment and very nice owners who work the front desk themselves. Highly recommend!
