Friendly receptionist but the music piped into the waiting room is torture. Waited half and hour and was never seen. Had another appointment so I left, after paying $55 for my copay. Asked for a refund but the receptionist said she had to consult the "office manager." Will not go back to this place, it feels very unprofessional. Will go to the audiology dept at Mid-Hudson hospital, they're very friendly and helpful.
I received reminder calls for my appointment which I liked. The receptionist was very professional and they already had some of my information printed on the intake form. I only had to wait a few minutes. The audiologist Dr. Barron was very nice and professional. She took her time to explain everything and the testing was pretty fast and efficient. She did not try to sell me hearing aids since I didn’t need them but explained what they have. I appreciated that very much. I highly recommend! One note: drive around back to pa... read more
Quick appt. and the doctor just as quickly fixed the problem with my 10-year-old Phonak hearing aids, which hearing company had recently gone out of business. She refused to charge me! Will definitely see this company again, when time for a new set!
Was told I had ruptured eardrum. When I went to another audiologist 3 days later, they said they couldn’t see my eardrum because I had skin growing around it. Never had a problem when Dr Perry was my audiologist. I have since changed providers.
The people here are very nice and now I can hear again. My hearing aids are almost invisible, and I never have to say what? or huh? anymore. I can hear things I haven't heard in decades like the directional signals in my car make a sound and instruments in music I couldn't hear before. I highly recommend Kingston Audiology
