I received reminder calls for my appointment which I liked. The receptionist was very professional and they already had some of my information printed on the intake form. I only had to wait a few minutes. The audiologist Dr. Barron was very nice and professional. She took her time to explain everything and the testing was pretty fast and efficient. Everyone at Kingston Audiology is not only professional but also very kind and helpful when a customer like me complains of ear canal discomfort with the appliance. Periodically, I experience performance issues with my hearing aids, and the technician, Alison, has always solved these issues with cleanings, advice on daily care, and parts replacements requiring tiny tools and adept knowledge. My experience has been generally good. Allison has been very helpful and pleasant I would appreciate it, if I order supplies over the phone for next day pickup, those supplies would be set aside and waiting for me. Thank you
The office staff and Dr. Barron, AuD are excellent. Checking inside ears conditions, hearing tests, and explanations by Dr. Barron is clear and understandable. And, the office location is very good, easy parking too.
Had a problem with the battery in my hearing aid and I was seen very quickly. I hope the problem is solved. I’ve had my hearing aids for 2 1/2 years and I thought they were duds . My ear canals are narrow so I couldn’t get the domes in so my ears had a mold made and I was left with a large plastic blob which sat on top of my ear canals giving me the ability to hear my hair bu not a whole lot more.
