I have been seeing Kiri for a while and I have been able to be more verbal in my feelings and stand up for myself. I am also working on outlets and hobbies that are positive changes to give me something I can do for me. If I have a bad day or something gets me upset, we talk about it and discuss what I could do, or if it was something I had control of. I am learning what I do as a response to trauma. I feel like I have been learning and she is helping me see things she will make you work on things but isn't pushy
