My husband (and I) have spent several years in litigation using this firm. I know liability claims like this take time and we have been patient. We feel like we are not being kept informed well. It takes multiple calls to even ask a question and keep getting told different things. One call we are told that we should be recieving final upaperwork by a specific date and the next time that "I'm not sure why or when." I feel like we are getting jerked around.
They have let me down in every aspect of my dealings with them and failed to give me actionable advice along the way. Now they cannot be reached by phone. After the case was settled, they failed to pay the settlement amount (considerably less than anticipated) as they said they would.
worst law firm if you can call them that. don't waste your time with this irresponsible people. every time you call nobody answers by phone or anything and when they do you have a different case manager so they say. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!
They never return your calls. I have call over 20 times. Leaving voicemail still no return call. They get you to fill out paperwork and you never hear from them again. And now we are asked to sign a settlement that is absolutely ridiculous. This law firm makes hundred of thousands off of the backs of people who are still suffering from their injuries and leave them with little to nothing in compensation. Very sad!
