I recommend this place for all your auto body repair needs. My car looks like it is brand new and the paint color is matched perfectly to other body elements. The communication was good and I got updates on the repair status at every stage. Also, thankfully to body shop’s courtesy cars, I was able to continue living my life without any limitations.
I am writing this review to document a deeply concerning experience at Kirmac. I dealt with the estimator, Maninder, throughout my repair process, and I was very disappointed with the level of communication and customer service I received. This location has an incredible team, I had a last minute rock chip that needed repair fast on a hard to replace piece of glass and they fit me in on extremely short noticed and still provided me with incredible customer service. I would highly recommend this Kirmac for any bodyshop, glass and repair needs. Thanks for taking great care of me and my car!
Probably the best experience I have ever had with an Autobody and repair center. With the rental provided, I was able to continue living my life as normal. The communication was also great with constant updates about where my car was at in the repair stage. Super friendly front counter admin as well made things way more enjoyable. The car body repairs were done expertly and it honestly looks brand new ! Thanks so much for the great experience!
