I recommend this place for all your auto body repair needs. My car looks like it is brand new and the paint color is matched perfectly to other body elements. The communication was good and I got updates on the repair status at every stage. Also, thankfully to body shop’s courtesy cars, I was able to continue living my life without any limitations.
Lexus at the front desk was my first point of contact at Kirmac and she was so professional, welcoming, and helpful. I was also helped by another receptionist who was equally as great. I ended up getting into an accident in my rental car while my own car was in the shop, which could have been a huge headache, but everything was dealt with so smoothly and with ease. James was also great throughout the whole process. Definitely will be back. Great job, Kirmac Langley — another very happy customer! 5 stars! ⭐️
I couldn’t be happier with the repair! My car looks absolutely amazing—you honestly can’t even tell where the damage was. The paint match is flawless and honestly looks even better than OEM. I am writing this review to document a deeply concerning experience at Kirmac. I dealt with the estimator, Maninder, throughout my repair process, and I was very disappointed with the level of communication and customer service I received. James is fantastic! My car had been rear ended. I went to Kirmac Collision. James explained me clearly on what needs to be done on the car. He also provided timely updates with estimates and also took in the car for repair. Work on my car has been fantastic. Very nice attention to detail. Car's paint job along with the other body replacements are also excellent. Recommend highly 10/10.
