Edgar L. Was amazing! I came into the shop for an ICBC repair for vandalism . He walked me around my entire car to ensure everything was covered and even went out of his way to discover parts that I missed. Once the repair was approved by ICBC, I took the car in right away and even fitted me in with a courtesy car. When I received my vehicle back, I was relieved that everything was sorted out and the car was spotless. Thanks again to Edgar for an amazing job!

I just recently brought my Rav 4 to the 1st ave location when I needed a windshield replacement. Laura connected me to their glass manager, Adam, right away. Adam coordinated my claim with ICBC which really took the stress off. Replacement was quick and looks great. Hopefully I won't need autobody or glass work done anytime soon, but if I do, I'll definitely be bringing my car back to this team. As always, I appreciate the complimentary car wash and detail! Somehow between booking online and confirming my appointment via text days later, the location was switched without me realizing until I arrived at the wrong spot on the day of. Throughout the whole process the staff at both locations were so pleasant and accommodating. They even offered to drop my car back off at my original appointment location afterwards which was so kind of them. Would 1000% recommend to anyone.
