All around excellent service from the online booking system to the kind staff to the nice rental vehicle and finally to my car which was fixed over the weekend AND detailed. Not expecting the detailing service as it was a simple ICBC bumper replacement and my car was quite dirty….but so impressed that it’s included because my car looks like new! Thank you! Hopefully I won’t need your services again but if I do I will be actually looking forward to it!
From start to finish Kirmac were extremely professional and thorough. During the repairs I was provided with a rental car and they kept me up to date throughout the process. I have never had a better experience with car repairs. Corey was also great to work with!
Leo provided an exceptional experience for me whyle my car was in repair! Explained me all the steps they need to take, updated me every day on their status and helped with the issue that occurred after I picked up the car (was a software malfunction). Amazing experience
Kirmac did a fantastic job on my truck repair. They got me in quickly for estimates, were flexible on repair dates, and had it back to me ahead of schedule and good as new. Communication was A+ and staff were friendly and professional throughout.
Within a few hours after being rear-ended, Kirmac was able to set me up with an appointment for an initial inspection that same day and had all the insurance paperwork approved and ready to go very quickly. Everyone that I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional, which was very much appreciated after a harrowing accident. I was kept up to date during the entire process of my car being repaired.
