Very happy with my repair service. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, I appreciated the updates and communication by text. I forgot I had a service appointment booked with the dealership and needed to get my vehicle a bit faster than expected and they made it happen! And a nice surprise to find it freshly detailed at pickup! Special shout out to the receptionist (Amergin I believe) she was so lovely.
I had a small ICBC claim with body damage, and chose to book with Kirmac based on their Google reviews. After going through the process, I can see why they hold such a high rating. The entire process was easy, from booking the estimate to picking up my car after the repairs were completed. Even though my repair seemed simple, it took a lot longer than I imagined. However, the Kirmac team was amazing and took great care of me and my vehicle. Amergin provided regular updates and answered any of my questions in a reasonable time. When I finally got my car back, it looked BRAND NEW and was extremely well cleaned and detailed. I really appreciated this touch and it made it well worth the wait. Thank you for everything!
My car went in to this Location after a collision they did exceptional work and even discovered that I had more damage to the suspension repaired it. No problem very quick and deficient staff. Excellent I couldn’t be happier when I picked up my car today. Looks like a brand new car inside and outside I will highly recommend this location to anyone receptionist was absolutely efficient, nice professional, and Aaron. My adjuster was very very helpful in keeping me informed with updates very pleased.
I do not recommend this bodyshop, they have no idea what they are doing. I took my car to Kirmac which is located in schoolhouse location. I went their to fix my because it had good reviews but. When the car came out the colour didn’t match. I did not happy with the repair. The manager Jonathan Choi seem like didn’t care.
