Every time I call to make an appointment I am told my child can’t be seen and to go to urgent care. This is so very frustrating. I like Dr. Kim but will be switching doctors to get proper care.
Dr Kim and her staff are very caring. I’ve seen them multiple times the past few weeks for multiple health issues and they are always so welcoming despite me being there a little too often. Plus they’re very modern and don’t make you nervous like a lot of other doctor offices do. Dr Kim prioritize her patients and doesn’t treat herself any different or better than her patients, and has one heck of a sense of humor!
Today was my initial consultation with Dr Kim, and I’m so grateful I was lead to this office! The staff was extraordinarily friendly, which is hard to find these days. I waited no more than 5 minutes for my appointment and then both Dr. Kim and her PA exceeded all expectations. Highly knowledgeable, relatable, thorough, and kind. It was my first time actually enjoying a doctors appointment. Thank you all for raising the bar in the medical industry!
Dr. Kim is just the doctor you hope to find in this crazy world. She is concerned and caring! Capable and knowledgeable! She has spent that extra time getting to know both my husband and me. She is also accessible. Her friendly staff answers the phone immediately and relays my message to the doctor. I hear back by the end of the day. We feel very fortunate to have found her. Thank you, Dr. Kim and staff.
do not go here at all if you have any sorta medical condition that you already see a specialist for. because she will doubt the specialist over something she knows nothing about. also this Quack spends more time out of the office than she does in and has no one covering for her if your'e sick or something. last week for example i tried to call several times being sick only to be hung up on each time.i had to call member services in order to get them to pick up in an unprofessional manner the office says well she's not handl... read more
