Today was my first appt here. I haven’t been to a dr in over a decade and to say I was anxious is an understatement. They were so kind..they explained everything…they updated the chart on the app super fast and the place is spotless. I felt so comfortable that I almost cried. Ugh thank you so much for being the kind of drs and place the world needs more of! I will see yall next month!
I've been with Dr Labelle for about 3 years now and I am soooo happy I was referred to her after I was hospitalized for covid. She is compassionate, caring and Professional. Her standard of care is outstanding. Noralicia her nurse is the BEST nurse I've ever had. Kind, funny and professional. Amy the medical receptionist is the Sweetest Lady I know. She failed her patient, She failed to care, and treat! She simply walked away and abandoned her patient! Do not even consider this woman, not even worthy of being called a Physician. She will terminate you in a NY minute if you even think about asking for a 2nd opinion. After years of being her patient, it was easier to terminate a patient over certified mail than speak kindly to them.
