First, I thought all the craftsmen were all impeccable. They came when they said they would, did excellent work, and cleaned up after themselves. My beef is with corporate. It took ONE YEAR between the time I signed the contract and the work was complete. That's too long. And you no longer reface the shelves (as you used to). So when the cabinet is open, it's plain that I had the cabinet refaced.

Hire skilled laborers that know what they are doing. Hire a job manager that communicates all that you’ve spoken about (from the beginning) to the workers, so everything (literally everything) doesn’t have to be redone multiple times. Job took 3 times longer. Should have received compensation refund of some kind. Could never recommend Kitchen Mart to anyone given our dismal experience.
