What a wonderful place! If only I was treated as well at my Dr's Clinic! The staff are ALL amazing and caring people! Dr Hoover sat with me on the floor while delivering the first of my 6 puppies! Through giggles and happy tears the staff dimmed the lights and kept checking to be sure we were fine! Everyone helped as we quickly packed her and the new puppies up to get home and deliver the rest! I received a follow up call checking on my sweet little mamma with words of advice and encouragement! They are so lovely and do a great job in telling you what your pet needs overall so that you have all the different options in front of you.
I really appreciate their great customer service. I requested a new rabies tag and paperwork for one that was lost via email. I received a response right away and they mailed a new one at no charge. Excellent! Thank you!
