Klapprodt Pools built our pool and has serviced it for 3+ years. As new pool owners we had a lot to learn. Justin is our pool service tech has been there every step of the way. We appreciate his advice, expertise and patience. Such a great guy! Our dogs look forward to his weekly visits too.
Jayda has been servicing our pool for a little over 2 1/2 years. She is amazing at her job! She makes sure your pool and spa is up and run all year long. She is at our home each week on time as schedule. If she’s going to be out she notifies me and lets me know who’s going to cover for her. I appreciate all she does.. 😊😊
Purchased a new home with a Klapprodt pool remodel. As a new homeowner I wanted some assistance - called them multiple times and left messages, and also sent emails. Not one call back or email response. Maybe the name has reputation and they're too busy, but I'll never try to contact them again.
So happy we went with this company. We love our pool and the patience they gave us during the design process was so appreciated! Especially picking the plaster!! Excellent customer service!
Such an amazing experience with Klapprodt. We did our research and asked around there are so many builders in the area but finally went with Klapprodt when we found consistent and honest feedback from folks we knew that built pools with them. At the same time we built our pool we have several friends put theirs in too and they did not have the same pleasant experience as we did. We love our pool and love our customer service manager Travis!
