Would not recommend. They did our pool on a brand new house, and there were problems from the start with leaks, both in pipes that were clearly damaged during installation (found after we paid another company to do a leak test and dig up the bad sections) and cracks in the hot tub they put in. When asked about warranty coverage, no response was sent. Still we had then do weekly 'maintenance; which is a joke. It was made clear we have dogs, even introduced them to Jayda. Klapprodt Pools built our pool and has serviced it for 3+ years. As new pool owners we had a lot to learn. Justin is our pool service tech has been there every step of the way. We appreciate his advice, expertise and patience. Such a great guy! Our dogs look forward to his weekly visits too.

Jayda has been servicing our pool for a little over 2 1/2 years. She is amazing at her job! She makes sure your pool and spa is up and run all year long. She is at our home each week on time as schedule. If she’s going to be out she notifies me and lets me know who’s going to cover for her. I appreciate all she does.. 😊😊

Buyer beware. Klapprodt pools is no longer by owned by the Klapprodt family. The sign says Klapprodt and your contract will say Klapprodt but Gold Medal Pools will show up at your construction meeting. Klapprodt is now owned by Gold Medal and trust me you will want to do your homework on Gold Medal before investing.

So happy we went with this company. We love our pool and the patience they gave us during the design process was so appreciated! Especially picking the plaster!! Excellent customer service!
