Buyer beware. Klapprodt pools is no longer by owned by the Klapprodt family. The sign says Klapprodt and your contract will say Klapprodt but Gold Medal Pools will show up at your construction meeting. Klapprodt is now owned by Gold Medal and trust me you will want to do your homework on Gold Medal before investing.
We’ve been with Klapprodt for over 5 years now and have had nothing but a great experience. Jayda is absolutely wonderful and updates us on anything that is having issues and works to correct it quickly. She’s given us so many great tips and recommendations. Cannot say enough great things about her! After the big freeze, their team was quick to repair our busted pump and pipes. They are always very prompt and professional. Highly recommend for your pool needs.
Klapprodt Pools built our pool and has serviced it for 3+ years. As new pool owners we had a lot to learn. Justin is our pool service tech has been there every step of the way. We appreciate his advice, expertise and patience. Such a great guy! Our dogs look forward to his weekly visits too.
Jayda has been servicing our pool for a little over 2 1/2 years. She is amazing at her job! She makes sure your pool and spa is up and run all year long. She is at our home each week on time as schedule. If she’s going to be out she notifies me and lets me know who’s going to cover for her. I appreciate all she does.. 😊😊
