Contacted KLEAN Tree Companies LLC on April 28th to remove 2 trees from my house. A guy finally came out on May 3rd and gave me a $1,100 quote. I told him that I wanted to move forward with the removal. The guy (I did not get his name, but assuming he is the owner) told me that he would email the contract. When I didn't receive the contract, I contacted him (KLEAN) on May 8th and finally he emailed me the contract. We hired KLEAN to handle our snow this year and they have been outstanding. They do a fantastic job getting the snow off in an efficient manner but take the time to not mess up the landscaping. Very impressed!
Hired KLEAN Companies as a sub contractor to help grade out a backyard. Ken sent one of his guys out and the dude used the skid like it was an extension of his arm. Listened to exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it done. Will use them again in the future for skid work.
I have used Klein Companies for snow removal in previous years and was very satisfied. I hired them again for the 2021-2022 season. After the first snow removal there were multiple scrapes in the asphalt. I called to report the damage. I was told they had never seen anything like that. When spring can I called again to report the damage to the asphalt. I was asked to send pictures which I did. I received an email saying that the damage was normal wear and tear. Hired Ken and his guys to remove two large trees in December. First off, the crew left a HUGE mess all over our entire yard. We had 12+ large yard bags full of wood chips & tree limbs, that we personally cleaned up. They said they should grind into the ground - well where we did leave SOME wood chips? Yeah it completely killed that grass. We are now trying to have new sod put in, and we have discovered that the stump grinding we paid extra for (while they technically did twice) was all for naught;.
