KMG Hauling has been great from the first phone call to the drop of the dumpster. The person that drop off the dumpster off was Polite and professional. I’m sure they will be nothing but the same at pick up. I would highly recommend KMG hauling.
So far so good. We just started using KMG Hauling at the Hotel Washington. We have challenges with a small dock and 2 small compactors, but KMG has been great at communicating with us prior to their arrival so we can get things ready and set up for them. Our driver is great as well, very accommodating...
Katya and her team are mind-blowingly amazing! They have the fastest response time and when they say something will get done, we never have to worry. KMG has fair pricing, world class customer service, and an outstanding team. 10/10 recommend!
Just starting out with kmG Hauling as the new waste collection service for the 30-unit condo I manage. Customer service thus far has been excellent, honest, pleasant. Thus far, kmG has performed as promised if not better. Great looking, excellent-condition dumpster delivered ahead of schedule. Competitive pricing. Looking forward to this new arrangement.
They miss pickups. Lie about missing pick ups. Then when you send a photo of your trash they say oh sorry and maybe get picked up the next day. They won’t credit your account unless you send an email and ask then they possibly they give you some change back. I can’t wait until we are out of contract with them and not to mention most of the staff is rude if you ever get a chance to speak with them on the phone. Don’t forget they are raising the prices 5 percent in January to top off the horrible service.
