Knickerbocker properties always quickly responds to any issues that we have had. Recently we had low pressure in our kitchen sink and Sean was able to fix it within a day. He is always very kind when coming into our home to fix something.

Knickerbocker maintenance came the day after I made an AC unit request, they brought one of their AC window units, installed it with no problem. I waited later into the summer to get one, so the wait time was minimal. I had no issues or complaints.
