We hired Kelley to fix several issues that our general contractor created during our kitchen remodel. Kelley explained things to us clearly, provided us a detailed breakdown of what needed to be done, pulled permits, and completed the job just as he said he would. When a small issue popped up a few weeks later (Related to the general contractors work, not Kelley’s) He immediately came back out and fixed it for us. I would highly recommend Kelley and Knight plumbing.

I have worked with Kelley and her team a couple of times now and had fantastic experiences. Kelley was extremely helpful in getting everything organized and the solutions identified, and did so in an extremely timely manner. I had a failed water heater, and Knight had me up and running the same day, and brought everything in my older home up to code. Will definitely use them again!

I thought the service was good. Scheduling was easy and fast. The challenge was you could only use a select few plumbers approved by the HOA so you can’t really get competitive bids in a scenario where a main valve is leaking. You are at the mercy of the pricing they give you on the spot and you are either going to pay a ~$222 trip charge or pay the $855 to replace the valve. Kelley was fantastic. He was friendly, courteous, extremely informative, and he patiently answered any and all questions that we had for him. He took time to investigate our issue and was able to correctly diagnose the problem. This is one of the few times that we ever felt totally confident in the results of someone working in our home. We would strongly recommend Kelley to anyone with a plumbing issue who wants to get it fixed by a professional with tons of integrity.
