Knitting factory lofts Very expensive to keep a pet, expensive parking, and lots of maintnence constantly needed around building. Decent place to live with okay neighbors but I would not renew my lease here.
Aside from some occasional sketchy-ness, it's a great place A year ago I moved up to Milwaukee from Nebraska, and immediately fell in love with the look of a two bedroom apartment at the Knitting Factory and signed on. It's pretty affordable, and the place looks great! Having a washer and dryer in-unit is amazing, and the gated parking is a nice touch. Knitting Factory Lofts Awesome place! Ericka the manager makes you feel at home. Dogs allowed, relieving so much stress from our search. Hands down great experience.
