Carly and Ashley could not have been more helpful in helping my move to go smoothly. They even had a personal welcome message for me in the office on my move-in day. The apartments are really gorgeous and well-maintained and my building is really quiet. The amenities are top notch, and I look forward to settling into this community!
Carly is the office is amazing. She has helped me often and is very responsive. There isn’t enough parking, no areas or grass to walk my dog, parcel pick up is inconvenient and you have to use a cart to get it picked up, no direct sunlight on my side of the building, small closets and living rooms in some, have an extra cost for cable which I don’t use.
The community is very nice, it's modern and up-to-date with some really good amenities and facilities. The location is very convenient for attending some of the area's colleges and it's not a long commute to major cities. The staff is helpful. In particular, Ashley is very friendly and professional.
I enjoyed my 10 months at the Knoll--I made some good friends and had some good times there! I thought I'd share a more comprehensive review of the good, the needs-improvement, and the wish-I-knew, before I lived there. The Good: a.
