Everyone at Knox Horizon was professional, welcoming and treated me like family! I traveled from Nashville to Knoxville for work. My car decided to die at a gas station while I was getting gas. Having no idea who to call, somehow I found them. A driver was there to get me within 15 minutes of my call and towed my car. My car was fixed within a couple of hours! Amazing service, quick turnaround and got me scheduled within a week (the body shop my insurance wanted me to use had a 5 month wait with no indication of how long repairs would take). They worked with the Progressive adjuster to get all the repairs covered. My truck was detailed when fixed and everyone was super friendly.

We took our daughters car there for AC and check engine. They took really good care of her car. Everything is fixed and running great. They have called twice to make sure everything is good. Great customer service.

By far the best experience I have ever had with an auto repair center. The communication was outstanding! The owners are incredibly nice and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They sent me a very detailed estimate of all their findings and recommendations with a price breakdown on each service. So much attention to detail. When I picked up my car, it was clean and running great! Highly recommend!
