She was very rude and it seemed like she was mad at me being there. i told her i was doing what the box says and it was only working sometimes, she looks at me disgusted like im stupid and says no well that wouldnt make a difference if youre using it at night because youre not gonna be sweating at night use it in the morning. Ok well could have told me that and do not have to say it like im stupid and should have known. You could have said that at the first appointment. Then i show her a rash at first she quickly says oh you... read more
She was rude at the time she opened the door. No good morning. She rushed through my questions that I Had for my 17 month old.My daughter has had rashes since she was 4 Months old and I have been doctor to doctor trying to get the best care for her.I will not set another Appointment with her. Very childish for her Degree. She thinks that since she has had 23 years of experience that she can't be wrong at anything well everyone is different and eventually she will be wrong at some point in her Career.Hopefully when she is wro... read more
I was very disappointed by both Amy’s professionalism and her attitude. She was unkind, impatient, and seemed rather uninformed. I would not recommend Amy to others, especially if your medical situation is serious. She seemed ready to get me out the door as soon as I sat down.
He did nothing. No exam, I fully expected to have a spot frozen on my face and he said he would have to send me to another dermatologist. I told him I had several bad sunburns as a young person and wanted to be checked, he had no reaction, told me to wear sunscreen and a hat.
Went in for a spot on my face that was previously treated for cancer as well as new concerns. I also needed my eczema on feet looked at because it was severe and getting harder to walk due to open sores and extreme itching. I have been with this establishment as a patient of another PA that has recently left but they made me start all over like a new patient. I have a carry a gene for skin cancer. CDKN2A. I waited for 45 min before the Dr came in. She literally spent less than 5 min with me and told me spots were blood vesse... read more
When inside the exam room, I waited about 30 minutes before Dr. Freeberg came in. Not acceptable. She then proceeded to give me a full body exam. No problem there. However Dr. Freeberg decided to tell me that your skin is just "hormones" What? Your skin is a living organ, made up of three layers: the epidermis, dermis, and hypodermis. I think this Dr got it wrong there, now certainly hormones can effect your skin. I mentioned to Dr. Freeberg I try to drink as much water daily so it hydrates your skin, she said I was wrong th... read more
My appointment with Amy was very rushed. It was like she really didn't have time for me. Was not interested in any of my concerns. Would never recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Keough has appointments with patients every 10 minutes. KnoxDerm embodies the definition of a "churn and burn" practice. He didn't listen to my symptoms, asked me to take off my shirt in front of his female note-taker (she didn't say a word the entire time - I just thought I would mention since somebody else wrote about the same experience), and then he prescribed me the same topical steroids I have been taking since I was 10 years old and told me to come back in 2 months. This trip costed me $150 to get prescribed the s... read more
If I could give a negative score I would Like other people have stated they just discharge with no explanation I have kindly left messages needing a HUGE error fixed in my daughters records because it is impacting her being able to receive care and it is blatantly incorrect Most people would have been angry to see an error like this that is 100% incorrect information but now is a part of her record !! All I asked was for a 5 minute conversation with someone who could put in the correct information.... and no one bothered to ... read more
