My experience was excellent. Self storage took over a few months before I moved out of my storage unit. Communications is top notch! They guided me through everything with the transition of management companies and my exiting of the storage unit. I would use them again and tell others. Thanks so much for a great experience.
Process was very easy and quick, the unit was ready the same day I submitted payment online. Unit was clean and a lock was included with the start up costs which made the process easier.
Everything is clean. It feels like a safe environment. Great price & convenient location. The girls I have dealt with over the phone getting signed up were an absolute delight, and super helpful!!
Great storage place with great employees that are always willing to help. My only complaint is the new ownership has had three price increases since they took over in a very short amount of time. I moved into a climate control for about the same amount of my new increase the first of the year. The price increases (in such a short amount of time)is the only reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars.
My experience with Self Storage of Morehead City was good. I had a unit there for over 5 years and never had any problems. The whole process was easy and they were always professional and courteous. I’d definitely rent from them again if I had the need. I’ve rented several of their units over the years and each time everything went well. Very satisfied!
