There was a glitch about signing documents and then not being accepted by storage management. All in all the storage is very secure and easy and convenient to get in and out of. I would recommend this company to others. Kept the unit for several months. Everything I had there was in same condition as when I put it in. Definitely a safe, secure and clean unit.
I decided to rent a space here after renting at another space that was not ready despite reserving it two weeks ahead of time. The process at Littlestown SS was quick and easy and I was so happy to find the unit so clean and smelling nice. It's easy to drive up and access it whenever I want.
Everything was so orderly, no confusion. Access was convenient and easy. Humans were available for questions, not just recordings. Fees were as advertised, no unanticipated extras, just payment for a a lock if you don't have one.
