This will be our third time using Hilltop Self Storage, we have always been very happy with how clean the area is and how nice and friendly the staff is. Even though I have used them in the past I did do some price checking before using them again, thankfully they were less expensive than the other units in my area because I really wanted to use this company again. Rented my unit online with ease. Went in and they had a lock available in my unit if I needed to buy one (I did, thank goodness). We stored our stuff here for 3 years and never had a mouse or any other pest other than the occasional dust spider. The area is kept very clean and very secure. Highly recommend to anyone needing to store items.
The absolute BEST people work at Hilltop Storage! Don't forget the fact that the place is secure and super clean... but the staff is TOP NOTCH! The ladies in the office are great, the boss is hilarious. The camaraderie between them made me feel like family. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a storage unit. I, myself, will be a return customer. Thank you Hilltop Storage! You guys are the best!
In all the years since we started using Hilltop Storage we never had any problems or concerns. The office staff was always courteous and helpful. The gate system always worked giving us a strong feeling of our possessions being secured.
Hilltop Self Storage is a great place to do business with. The people in the office are so helpful and nice. When we were looking for a unit to rent, they went out of their way for us to do so...helping with the paperwork and sign up. Units are clean and easy to get in and out of. Great job Hillside!
