KO took over the management of my storage facility in New Oxford PA. I found them hard to contact with real person. When I reached someone to setup the autopayment the rent was past due by several days. I ask if they would waive the past due fee and was told no way. I also ask for them to waive the mandated insurance fee as the coverage was minimal and expensive, I stated I already had coverage via my business inland marine coverage.
