Kody is so patient and will see you through your escrow and loan process. He helped my 22 year old son buy his first home. It was a very long and tedious escrow, but Kody was always positive and kept everything flowing. A loan officer can play a big part in your buying a home, and so I whole heartedly recommend Kody for the job.

Kody was fantastic -- he is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and has the patience to walk through every single detail of the entire mortgage process. He helped us put together an offer on very short notice, and was constantly checking-in on how things were moving along. Kody's communication is also top notch; he responded to our questions immediately and took the time to give thoughtful answers. Kody is amazing. He made the process of shopping for a house and obtaining a mortgage easier than I could have imagined. I had a great experience with Kody during the home buying process. I found him online, submitted an application to start the pre-approval process for a mortgage, and within hours we were on the phone getting deep in discussion. He was more than willing to talk through every question I had, big and small, and really made the process smooth and easy to understand. Kody was awesome to work with. He was super clear and communicative and made himself available to answer all of our questions throughout the process - which included selling another home in order to finance the new one.
