Dave and the team were knowledgeable, easy to work with, and demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process. They were able to take our ideas and turn them into reality, offering suggestions along the way that helped to enhance the overall design. Their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the build, we highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a custom home.
We bought a model home from Dave in June and the whole team has been wonderful to work with. Genuinely kind people with integrity, very friendly and good, timely communication. Dave is a top notch builder all around. We also can’t say enough good things about SJ. Dave’s son Patrick is a great guy as well. They built a stunning home that we absolutely love. This is a 5-star company and we couldn’t be happier.
Dave Frosch and his team are excellent to work with! They are proactive to get information for complicated build sites and are excellent communicators. Highly recommend!
Dave and his team remodeled our kitchen and family room. We could not have been more pleased with the result. We had a couple of changes along the way and Kootenia accommodated us. It's hard to find this level of professionalism, creativity, craftmanship and customer service in a contractor.
Let me start by saying we are not experienced in building a home but we do have some experience in buying homes, customer experience and professionalism. Our experience with the owner I have never been treated in such a way. Rude, disrespectful, and definitely not professional. We were reprimanded for trying to make any changes, appointments made and didn’t even remember why and finally when asked about the cost were told that he could not work with us if we were going to question his numbers.
