Dave and the team were knowledgeable, easy to work with, and demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process. They were able to take our ideas and turn them into reality, offering suggestions along the way that helped to enhance the overall design. Their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the build, we highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a custom home.
Dave Frosch and his team are excellent to work with! They are proactive to get information for complicated build sites and are excellent communicators. Highly recommend!
Let me start by saying we are not experienced in building a home but we do have some experience in buying homes, customer experience and professionalism. Our experience with the owner I have never been treated in such a way. Rude, disrespectful, and definitely not professional. We were reprimanded for trying to make any changes, appointments made and didn’t even remember why and finally when asked about the cost were told that he could not work with us if we were going to question his numbers. Dave and his team remodeled our kitchen and family room. We could not have been more pleased with the result. We had a couple of changes along the way and Kootenia accommodated us. It's hard to find this level of professionalism, creativity, craftmanship and customer service in a contractor.
Beautiful homes but I have never met people who try to rip off their customers more than Dave and Steve do to their clients. They are struggling in this housing market and are cutting corners to rip off home buyers.
