Positive customer service experience from the initial call to obtain an estimate through completion of project. Installation Team was very courteous, knowledgable, efficient, and thorough. The plumber was awesome and did a great job cleaning up and knew what he was doing. Service charge should be forfeited if job is accepted and included in the first hourly rate. The mark up on parts is up to 500%. C’mon. Not for the budget minded person, 1 hr work and 10’ piece of PVC piping and a few connectors cost over 500 dollars.
Korrect plumbing is one of the best companies I’ve ever used. They have done various plumbing repairs in my rentals and personal home. They are professional, fair and reliable.
