I've been using Kraken for 9 months now. The only reason I stay is because they have a good product. Very consistent quality. I have only been able to order the product without complications with the payment process, a handful of times. For the most part, when the live chat is available, this issue is resolved only temporarily until the next time I need to order. Then it's the same thing all over again. Absolutely the BEST in quality, fast shipping and customer care. Over the Summer, red vein items were recalled all over the USA. Not only did Kraken pull their red vein products, but they closed down the whole online shop!!! They tested ALL products, not just red vein. Thats a business who cares about ME.
Lack of accountability, poor customer service, will not do business here again.
