Excellent from start to finish: from the moment the appointment was made, everything went very well. The setting is superb, relaxing for young and old. I have never seen my son so relaxed at a dentist. The staff is welcoming, attentive, very professional. Honestly, it makes me want to go to the dentist ;-)
Very professional, well run office. My kids never dread going to the dentist. They provide great explanations for what is needed, and take time to break it down so parents and kids understand. Salisbury is fortunate to have this resource.
The staff are friendly and professional! Our hygenist was amazing! She talked with our little guy the whole time to reassure him as he is still getting used to going to the dentist. Dr. Mark is wonderful! He kept our little guy smiling during his check! So thankful for Krause Smiles!
Everyone else at Krauss is so incredibly friendly, including Dr. Mark! They are great with kids of all ages. I love all the reminders too. As a busy mom of 5, they are wonderful about sending them! We have been with them for 2 years now and don't plan to ever leave 😊❤.
Made us feel very welcomed the second we walked thru the door. They made my daughter very comfortable with them first before guiding her thru her cleaning and accommodated around her fear of the dentist. Thanks Krause smiles :)
