I tried to request an appointment via the website. It gave me multiple options and I chose a Sunday evening appointment. I filled out the info and requested an appointment, more than a week in advance. I didn’t hear anything about that appointment until 4 pm on the Friday before which told me it was denied. No explanation why with a link to request a different appointment. What an absolutely horrid way to handle potential clients especially considering these are clients with mental health concerns. Wow!
