I was asked to show up 20 minutes early for my appointment so I could fill out paperwork, and did, but wasn't called up to the desk until about 15 minutes after my appointment time, and there wasn't really any paperwork to fill out. The waiting room was very warm and I could have been working instead of spending an extra half hour in the waiting room.
