I was able to get in with someone very quickly when reaching out to LifeStance. I was dealing with some life experiences that gave me new struggles as far as functioning and having motivation. Krista was assigned to me and dug into my story right away. She was able to quickly identify things and started to get me on the right path to feeling better. It's been several months now and I am definitely happy I followed through and got in touch with Krista.
Krista is amazingly easy to work with! She is thorough and kind. I actually “followed” her from northern MN to southern MN. Which is another wonderful bonus - Telehealth! I am able to have all my appointments via my cell phone which is so convenient.
Recently moved to Minnesota and had to find a new practice that took my insurance. Krista has been incredibly helpful in navigating my complex medication requirements while be highly personable and empathetic. I am seriously impressed with this practice. 10/10 highly recommended.
