Kristen is very professional, knowledgeable and understanding. Also, she listens very well and gives excellent feedback. Highly recommended!
Overall it’s ok. I’m just an old school person and prefer the old way of checking in when you physically went to the window and the administration checked you in. I know this new way is supposed to save you time, but it’s also placing more responsibility on the patient to do the work for the staff.
