There are no words to describe how much Kristen has helped me in such a short period of time. She is insightful and always has me finding solutions to trauma I have been through. I feel so much more clarity and confidence in myself. Everyone is different and has to find the right person for them. Kristen is a Godsend and I’m so thankful for her.
