I absolutely love this urology group. The front desk team is always amazingly kind and helpful . The ultrasound team are always so super friendly. Really everyone that I’ve come across is amazing. Dr. Rinaldi Is fantastic. She really takes the time to spend with you. She is very present when she is with you and I never ever feel rushed. This is a review that I feel is worth the time to reply to. I have been seeing Kristen Rinaldi,PA-C for my 6 month follow up visits due to my history of kidney stones. My visits have been positive. She’s professional and caring. And the fact that she gives me the time to discuss my concerns is comforting .
Kristen Rinaldi is a very professional and caring person. She is a good listener and always makes me feel at ease. Kristen has been very helpful taking care of my medical issues.
Kristen doesn't doesn't hustle through the session as so many medical practitioners do in order to get through the patient list. She focuses squarely on you and listens carefully to what you have to say and approaches the issue from your perspective, as if you are the only patient she has that day. She is truly different that way.
Kristin Rinaldi made me feel so at ease and answered every single one of my many questions in a very thorough manner. I felt heard and was provided with excellent advice and treatment. I feel very lucky to have found her when I did and will continue to see her regularly.
