Very courteous. Listens & answers all your questions throughly. Love that she has options. I have improved so much since seeing her. I don’t have to see her for awhile, although if I have any issues she said to call immediately. I’m thankful to have her on my team of doctors! She’s awesome.

The staff who work here are very nice and friendly. But most importantly very professional. I’ve been seeing Kristen Rinaldi for many years. She’s an excellent doctor and always makes me feel comfortable and gives me all the answers to my questions.

I absolutely love this urology group. The front desk team is always amazingly kind and helpful . The ultrasound team are always so super friendly. Really everyone that I’ve come across is amazing. Dr. Rinaldi Is fantastic. She really takes the time to spend with you. She is very present when she is with you and I never ever feel rushed. Kristen is a wonderful PA-C, she is caring, knowledgeable, and explains procedures very well, pros and cons. I am very happy with this office staff. The caring that this office shows is relatable to a time ago when the patient was a priority. You are all RARE GEMS!!! Thank you so much.
