I have been seeing Dr. Santos for many years. She has been very helpful to me - if it was a situation she couldn't handle, she would refer me to someone who could. I am now 85 and have been seeing her since she took Dr. McGrath's place when he passed away many years ago.
I have seen Dr. Santos for probably 15 years. I love her. She spends time with me, answers my questions, and reviews any reports from other physicians that I have sent to her. She knows what she is doing and I highly recommend her.
My husband and I have been patient's for 4 years. I would and have recommended her to friends and family. Easy to talk to very professional, always able to help.
Rude and unpleasant staff. The doctor was fine but i can't really judge on her quality.
just keep going back never really finding out what my problems are...try this medicine, or try this...never really any help
I've gone to her for the last few years and previously would've recommended her, but not anymore.She had always seemed competent, a little cold and robotlike, but I found her to be professional. Nowadays, though, she spends pretty much no time with a patient.Her assistants [one who is quite rude] call you back with follow up info instead, and give insufficient answers.
