I’ve only had one official session with Kristi Tanaka at LifeStance, but I can already see why she’s so highly recommended. She immediately made me feel heard and understood. I could tell she was really listening, and I left feeling more positive and hopeful.
She's great! She listens, gives very informative advise, and pays attention! A very no bs straight forward person, which is always refreshing in a world full of yes men and cry babies!
Easy to book appointment and check in was quick and problem free. I truly appreciate my therapist!
I love the office staff and my providers!! But whoever convinced Lifestance that patients should check themselves in- they should be fired. Regardless of how much you “educate the patient” on the process, it will not save time or manpower. In addition, it’s completely NON patient centric for anyone who is older and not computer/smart phone savvy.
Kristi listens and gives solutions succinctly and from the heart that changes how I can solve issues.
