I just had my first session with Kristin McKenna. To me, the first meeting with your therapist is for getting to know each other. Is it what you expected? Does conversation flow easily and smoothly. Are you comfortable? I believe Kristin and I made a great start. After a few minutes, I felt very comfortable with Kristin. She seems extremely capable and I look forward to digging and working on my issues.
